Change Management is the structured activity that supports the realization of an organization’s intended change outcomes though a focus on the organization and its people.

We adopt performance metrics to not only justify and monitor the success of the change approach, but also as a mechanism to reinforce new behaviors and sustain improvements upon completion of the project. For change which needs to be objectively measured in terms of organizational performance, Glomark International will establish measurement and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress at a project, program and/or organizational level dependent on the requirements of the client.

Change management addresses the need for organizations to respond to events in their external or internal environments. The primary focus of this approach is to align the organization to support the new direction and ensure staff are engaged and equipped to successfully transition to the desired future state. Failing to manage this transition is why the vast majority of strategy implementations fail.
